Scope of this notice
This notice covers 1xbit.org.uk, an independent information and review portal. It explains what happens to your data when you browse these pages – it does not describe how 1xbit itself, the operator whose casino and sportsbook we write about, handles data once you visit its own platform and register there. For that, you would need the operator's own privacy documentation, not ours.
We are the data controller for the information this site collects directly from you: technical data gathered as you browse, and anything you submit voluntarily through a contact form or email. We do not control, and are not responsible for, data processing that happens on the operator's own domain.
Categories of information we collect

Technical and analytics data is processed under our legitimate interest in understanding how the site is used and keeping it running properly. Where cookies require consent, we rely on the consent you give through the cookie banner. Contact-form data is processed on the basis that you have taken the step of writing to us, which is also a legitimate-interest basis for replying to you.
Sharing your information
We use third-party services for hosting, analytics and, occasionally, advertising measurement. These providers process data on our behalf and under their own security obligations – we do not sell personal data to anyone, and we do not pass it to the operator whose brand we review. Some of these providers may be based outside the UK, in which case appropriate safeguards apply to any transfer.
Your rights and how to use them

We may update this policy as our tools or obligations change. Material changes will be reflected here with a new date, so it is worth checking back occasionally rather than assuming nothing has moved.
